Dodd Meadows is an award-winning, affordable housing community built by local volunteers, our Habitat for Humanity staff and the homeowners themselves. Located here in Henderson County, it currently boasts 65 completed houses and 50 more in the planning stages. The houses belong to deserving families that couldn’t qualify for home ownership before becoming part of the Habitat mission: we build safe, affordable houses for people in need. A key element of Dodd Meadows is a large playground and open space for children to play. Our Spring Into Action project will raise funds to improve and expand the play area for our growing community.
