90% of surveyed Habitat homeowners in 44 U.S. cities said they couldn’t own a home without Habitat’s help. Children of homeowners are 116% more likely to graduate from college than those of non-homeowners. Since 1976, over 1.6 million low-income families have gained independence through Habitat’s affordable housing. Every $1 invested generates a $90.36 return in social and economic benefits.
