The Home Repair Projects Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of repair projects across our service area, including Henderson County, Polk County, and Landrum, South Carolina. Responsibilities include:
• Conducting home assessments and developing scopes of work
• Preparing project estimates and coordinating permits and inspections
• Managing subcontractors, volunteers, and project staff

This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 annually.
At Habitat for Humanity, every repair project represents more than construction work. It represents a neighbor who can continue aging in place, a family whose home is safer and healthier, or a homeowner who can remain independent despite physical challenges. The Home Repair Projects Manager will help make those outcomes possible.
Interested applicants should submit a cover letter and resume to employment@habitat-hvl.org no later than June 30, 2026.
