Build Homes, Connect with Community, and Grow Through Volunteering

By volunteering, you’ll help build homes for families in need, connect with your community, and develop valuable skills along the way. Whether you can spare a day or commit longer, your efforts will provide stability and a place to call home for those who need it most. Together, we can create a brighter future!

Join Our Newest Community Development

Dodd Meadows is our latest community development. It’s located at the corner of Crest Road and East Blue Ridge Road in East Flat Rock, making it close to schools, churches, shopping and community resources. The community is named in honor of Steve Dodd who served as the affiliate’s president from 2003 through 2008, a period of time that represented tremendous growth for Henderson County & Thermal Belt Habitat for Humanity.

Dodd Meadows will consist of park areas, a playground, sidewalks, walking trails, ponds and bright cottage architectural homes. In addition, the community will be served by a clubhouse that will be available to both Dodd Meadows residents and organizations from the surrounding community for meetings and group activities. The street names in this development will honor volunteers and contributors to Habitat.
