Join Our Team: New Construction Site Supervisor
Henderson County & Thermal Belt Habitat for Humanity is hiring a New Construction Site Supervisor to help lead the construction of affordable homes across our community.
This full-time position oversees the day-to-day operations of our new construction sites, working alongside staff, apprentices, Crew Chiefs, volunteers, subcontractors, and future Habitat homeowners to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and according to Habitat’s quality standards.
We’re looking for someone who brings strong construction knowledge, field leadership experience, and the ability to guide people with a wide range of construction experience. The Site Supervisor plays an important role not only in building quality homes, but also in creating a safe, welcoming, and productive experience for the volunteers and homeowners who build alongside us.
Position Details
- Full-time, non-exempt, with benefits
- $25/hour
- Regular schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with Saturdays as needed
- Reports to the Construction Director
- Minimum of three years of field supervision experience or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Responsibilities include job site supervision, construction scheduling and quality control, safety management, coordination of materials and deliveries, volunteer leadership, and collaboration with Habitat’s construction and outreach teams.
